Who else has been loving this trend of bringing back European Countryside? I love seeing character coming back to spaces, especially with details like the perfectly imperfect zellige tile from Cle Tile.
Surprisingly, the first item I pulled for this room that inspired it all was the barn lights from Mackenzie Childs. These lights are so unique and with their classic black and white check and copper arm. I wanted to build a room that could balance the loud nature of these lights, but really play into the character that they have.
Nothing makes me happier than a sunny yellow interior! Farrow and Ball’s Hay paint goes along so well with the zellige color and hints of black and white oak in the space.
The items really pulling this European countryside kitchen together are the dining bistro chairs. These stunners I saw awhile back at High Point Market in Bliss Studio’s showroom and I haven’t been able to forget. The curve on the iron arms mixed with the woven seat…to die for!
